Grade calculation bug

I've scored 8/8 "defend sectors" (6) , 14/17 "destroy aerial targets" (4) , 220/275 "air battle for sectors" (3) and yet did not get grade13 & heroes of the sky badge.

And if you count 5 + 4 + 3 = 12 and its not enough points for heroes of the sky badge.
