Idea for simple fix to the game.

What can improve the game in simple way (lets put the major issues like MM aside).
When game starts, make aircraft safe from damage for 30 second.
So many time I lose HP to ram by bots and players when breaking off from the starting point...
What's your ideas?

- Keep XP-54 out of T6 - T5 battles (advanced MM)
- People who are deliberately dropping out at the start of a battle, should be punished in some way

When taking a base I would like the air defence aircraft to not just explode,would be nice if you had to finish them off before any friendly air defence could spawn.
