Hello,

I have been playing some Battlefiled 3 lately... theres alot of air vehicles in that game. I asked myself.: "There is whole community of ppl whos playing this franchise from the start. And then i came in as a total new noob and got my ass wiped out so many time, i cant even count no more. How can a new player get any chance to succeed in that kind of game?"

So im going forward. World of Warplanes is a new game on the market, but not new as a style they present. We all did fly the planes... And still here we will be starting all from point 1 (not counting alpha testers and CB testers) and building our exp up. Where is that extra exp that will make a diffrence between good and normal players, is only who will be playing more will be better or will there be any good use of old exp from old games like flight simulator, hawk, ace combat exp? What will do the diffrence. As we allready see there is quite a diffrence in World of tanks. We have players who have good stats and good killing ratio and on the other hand players that have bad stats. Now somebody will say its not all in stats, but as we saw it in WOT, only CLANs with good stats can have that edge that makes them hold some provinces. And the same will go here...

So how to get better and being on the top, so you can make a diffrence in clan wars as in your own clan?

Well it is quite logical thatsomeone who is more experienced will kick ur ass, the same thing happens in WoT.
But I think WoWp will be quite easy to play for beginning players and beginning "pilots".

Having experience from other games or real-life might help but I don't think that if you rock in Combat Flight Simulator you will rock ass well in WoWp.

I think that good ol' saying applies here:

"Practice makes perfect"

You'll just have to deal with getting your ass kicked by more experienced players. Look at how they fly, how they fight, and where they go ... learn from them. Don't get put down because you're pwned in your first few fights ... fly more, get better. Try out a few other flight sims/games too ... that will definitely help.

Not everyone will always be on the same level (in online gaming and real life) - it's your decision if you'll devote some time to get to their level or quit the first time round.

Good luck Posted Image

When i play Wot, is sometimes hard to gain exp. next to ppl who doesnt know how to play. And little bit of "fuck up" matchmaking and u have a perfect game... Even when we play in platoon with top tiers we have realy hard time winning in the random. And when i try them to lead, most of them do the opposite, just to show u they are on their own. Sometimes i just quit game and let it goes...

IMO the way to get better at any team based game is to find a group you enjoy playing with, who happen to also like working together as a team and stick together. We have no idea what WOWP will be like until it's actually inished, but if it follows the WOT formula then it will also include Platoons/ Squadrons or FLights of teamates. Anyone familiar with Combat Flight Sims will tell you the "Rambo" pilots rarely succeed. WOWP may be some sim with some arcade, but even with some arcade you will need someone watching your six.

Games like Battlefield 3 give bonuses for playing as a team, which draws people in to working as a team. I would expect WOWP to follow suit and offer at the very least a wingman function fo the game.

Its true! If u work as a team u can do alot of dmg that way. Like Tank Companys in WOT. Hope they will keep the same approach as they did in WOT about platoons and TC.
