I watched the German translation, its definitely a verb and not an adjective. Sounds like a feature, plus synchronized/synchronize is a very uncommon word you wouldn't normally say when discussing "adding weapons." You don't just throw the word "synchronize" around all willy nilly without reason.

it just means that you can make 2 different types of machine guns shoot at the same time...
