I've noticed many people here on the forum are from Singapore, Serbia, the Netherlands, Germany, etc ... I think this forum needs a special section for these different language groups. Sometimes people are afraid to post because of their bad english, and so these people stay silent.

WoT has such a section already:

I really don't think its a good idea..
The problem is that many players have a lot of good questions and very interesting thoughts to share. If a common language is not used we will never understand or even know the existence of that posts.  

Of course I agree that some players don't speak English but that's not a problem. Even with google translate we can understand what they wan't to say.

there's no need to implement language support until the project reaches OBT status.

he can moderate his own posts in there then, cause he's the only one from South-Africa

South Africa has 11 official languages, and within it is english ;p

I think we will need this sections when amount of people from countries like... I dunno Germany Poland France Italy Serbia or whatever will reach those on WoT forum:P

I think it would be a good time for ALL of them to learn how to read and write English

I have this computer that allows me to write on it, you know with this handwriting recognition thing on it. So your statement isn't always true.
