Hi!

This topic is for eSports discussion about World of Warplanes. Basically tell me if you think WoWp will be an eSports game or not. We've seen that WOT managed to get that position, as it has spread like a wild fire in esports scene.

I really love the whole concept of eSports and thus I'm interested in getting more and more simulation games in the mix. This is a genre that hasn't gotten almost any games in the major eSports tournaments. I'm hoping that these kind of MOBA/simulators gets in to the mix.

Tell me what do you think and what kind of a game WoWp would have to be to get noticed in the scene!

I obviously don't know as much as Dawg does, but I doubt it will get into any major eSports. If it has less RNG based instances (which I suspect it may) it very well may do better than WoT in that scene though, depending on popularity of course.

WoWp must first prove itself to be popular and well-rounded. Other than that, it's quite possible that there will be an ESL element. Also, the requirements of a game to enter an eSports league is quite low, considering that this game is there:

It could but only if it can stand out from the thousand of other flight games and offer something new or better.
